We all remember that mother***er from last week,who escaped from the Atlanta courthouse.He shot a court reporter,a deputy,a judge and later on a customs officer.He also high jacked severals cars at gun point from the owners,as well as beating the crap out of another car owner and eventually made his way into a womans apartment,where spent the night with her talking and eventually surrendered last Saturday.
Right away authorities started to bicker about HOW to charge him,with WHAT and WHERE.
I am not an expert in the criminal area but let me tell you this:
How about ESCAPE,MURDER,KIDNAPPING,WRONGFUL IMPRISONMENT,RESISTING ARREST,POSSESSION OF A GUN,GRAND THEFT AUTO,ABUSE.......gee,I think I can come up with about 20 more things.
And WHERE to charge him??Those were crimes committed in the state of Georgia against the people of Georgia.
My suggestion:ANYWHERE in Georgia.
And do it NOW,go directly to the gas chamber,do not pass start,do not collect 200 Dollars.

Considering the fact that Fulton County GA authorities are the ones who let him escape in the first place should answer that question.
This is not the only time prisioners have escaped from the Fulton County jail because of the incompidence of the people who run it.
City of Atlanta goverment is a joke and always has been. As long as these people continue to run it there will always be coruption, incompidence, and stupidity. I think they are just as much responsible for those four deaths as Brian Nichols.
